A 22-year-old Muncie mother faces charges after her two young children were found wandering alone. 22 year old Maci Ann Shimer faces neglect charges. The kids were found and police were called to the Burlington Mobile Home Park at just before 9am. Police say one of the children had just a T shirt on and both were soaking wet. Shimer was found asleep in her mobile home and said she didn’t realize the children had left the house.
