The Madison County Plan Commission has set a public hearing about a proposed six-month moratorium on future solar farm developments. According to the Herald Bulletin, the public hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 28 at the Madison County Government Center. The moratorium, if approved by County Commissioners, would prompt a review of the 2017 ordinance concerning solar energy developments in the county.
