A Hartford City man has pleaded guilty to battery after authorities say 22-year-old Paul Kelley beat up a 10-year-old boy at the local Senior Citizen Center. Kelly is facing a six year prison term. Judge Brian Bade took a plea agreement under advisement and set sentencing for July 8.
