A judge has reinstated a permit for a Northern Delaware County hog farm. Special judge Mark Spitzer of the Grant County Circuit Court originally declined the building permit for Rhett and Alana Light’s hog farm, but has now reinstated the building permit that will serve as their concentrated animal feeding operation
