Residential customers of Indiana American Water will see two rounds of rate increases. Most customers will see about a 15-cent-increase per month after step one goes into effect and an additional $2.26 per month when the second step is implemented. The company says the rate increase will cover 52-million-dollars in upgrades to Muncie’s aging infrastructure.
