Madison County officials have taken the first steps a proposed 415-home subdivision in Green Township. According to the Herald Bulletin, county commissioners have signed a contract for infrastructure inspections for the proposed Springbrook addition at the southwest corner of Indiana 13 and County Road 900 South.
