A lawsuit is being filed against a driver accused of causing a deadly accident, by the estate of the person who died. 45 year old Andrew Martin was killed when a vehicle he was in a passenger in crossed the center line and collided head on with another vehicle. That driver, 24 year old Brandon Martin, is named in the suit. He was charged March 7 with crimes including causing death while driving with a controlled substance in system.
