A public hearing will be held by the Indiana Department of Transportation in April to adress the “J-Turn” intersection proposal for Delaware County Road 600-W and Ind. 332. The project was first introduced two years ago and became a topic of contention. The hearing starts at 6 p.m.April 16 in the cafeteria (Door 6) at the Yorktown High School, 1100 S. Tiger Drive.
