–Jay and Blackford counties will soon be welcoming Batman and his Batmobile
to their facilities. The Portland Police Department has partnered with Heroes-4-Higher
(H4H) Foundation to bring John Buckland, aka Batman, to the Portland Community. On Saturday, April 6, Buckland will hold a community event at The Rock Church in Portland from 10am-Noon and then travel to IU Health Blackford hospital in Hartford City.
