Richard Harris will present the program “The Lincoln Train: A Nation Mourns’ at the Blackford County Arts Center in downtown Hartford City. The program is Wednesday, April 10th from 6-7 p.m. and is sponsored by Friends of the Library and the Blackford County Historical Society. There is no charge to attend.
