Plans To Turn Old Printing Site Into Apartments

For years, it was home to a printing business, but plans in the works now plan to have it house humans. Work on a building at 424 S. Monroe Street is underway. Developers plan to convert the building to 14, one and two bedroom apartments. There would be eight units on the second floor, six downstairs. The space previously held Precision Printing, which operated from 1969 to the early 2000s.
