A Yorktown man was struck and killed by a train Monday morning in Muncie. Authorities say it happened at just before 8am at the crossing at Batavia and Kilgore avenues. Circumstances leading up to the incident are unknown. The Delaware County Coroner is identifying the victim as 34 year old Graham Highley of Yorktown. The events leading up to the accident are unclear.
