As many questions as answers after a man was struck and killed by a train Monday morning in Muncie. Authorities say it happened at just before 8am at the crossing at Batavia and Kilgore avenues. Circumstances leading up to the incident are unknown. The victim’s identity is being withheld, pending notification of next of kin.
