Muncie Police have charged a suspect after not one, but two police chases. 33-year-old Daniel Len Montero is accused of shooting at officers in a high-speed pursuit. He has been booked into the Delaware County Jail on charges including Resisting Law Enforcement in a Vehicle, Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon and Reckless Driving.
