Two Madison County crashes in the I69 construction zone Friday lead to the repairing of the guard railing…twice. The first time it happened in the morning when a semi jack-knifed, leaving sections of the rail demolished. Crews repaired it but later that same day another crash with a different semi wiped out the guard railing again.
