BSU Board Stands Behind Schnatter

The Ball State Board of Trustees has issued a statement concerning the recent controversy swirling around Papa John’s founder and BSU alumnus John Schnatter and his use of the N word during a company meeting. The final paragraph reads, ” Based on our current understanding of what transpired, John’s response to the current situation, and our experience with him, the Board will continue our support of the John H. Schnatter Institute for Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise.”
