Formal charges have been filed against a Madison County couple in connection with the death of a 23-month-old girl and severe injuries inflicted on her older brother. 29-year-old Ryan Ramirez, of Chesterfield, has been charged with the murder of Paisley Hudson and felony neglect for the serious injury of 3-year-old Riley Hudson. Their mother, 25-year-old Kayla Hudson, has been charged with felony neglect of a dependent causing death and felony neglect causing serious injury.
