Sheriff Says It May Be Human Trafficking

Delaware County Sheriff Ray Dudley thinks the two women who were arrested March 21 after authorities raided a downtown Muncie massage parlor may be victims of human trafficking due to their working conditions. The sheriff said the women were not being paid sufficient wages and he believes someone forced them to work at the parlor by withholding their work visas and other documents. Sheriff Dudley said he thinks the women have left the city.
