Former CIA Director Mike Pompeo has been sworn in as the nation’s 70th Secretary of State after being confirmed in a 57 to 42 vote, with mostly Democrats objecting. Indiana’s Joe Donnelly was one of just a few Democrats to support Pompeo, saying earlier this week that he believes Pompeo will be good with foreign policy.
