Muncie police say a convicted cocaine dealer is now selling heroin. 33-year-old Wayne Morris Anderson III was arrested this week when the police narcotics unit served a search warrant at his home. During a late-night raidt, investigators seized more than 10 grams of heroin and money used in the earlier drug transactions.
