A Muncie man has admitted to placing a hidden camera in his former girlfriend’s apartment. 21-year-old Jordan Charles Charbeneau says he left the device in the woman’s bedroom with intent to use it to monitor her if needed. Charbeneau is charged with voyeurism, stalking and criminal confinement.
