A water main break along South Madison Street in Muncie earlier this week was actually FOUR water main breaks. And it was likely caused by someone tampering with a fire hydrant. That’s the story from Indiana American Water, after the rupture affected 40 residential customers and 27 commercial customers — 11 of which were restaurants. The boil order issued by the Delaware County Health Department has since been lifted.
