No 2018 budget yet for Elwood. The City Council will meet again next week after failing to get unanimous approval. At issue is one department getting a ten percent raise while the rest only get 3. The council has decided to meet again in a special meeting October 11th. The budget must be approved and turned in to the state by November 1.
