She is suing the Muncie Indiana Transit System after she claims she was thrown from the seat when the bus made a sharp turn. 53-year-old Carla Alen is asking for 6-thousand dollars for injuries she says she suffered in the incident. MITS counters that the woman was not injured and has asked for and been granted a jury trial. A pre-trial hearing is set for Oct. 12.
