The State Budget Committee has OK’d plans for $43 million of improvements to Ivy Tech Community College’s campuses downtown Muncie and on Cowan Road. Some of the funding will be used to construct an Ivy Tech facility at the former Star Press building at 125 S. High Street. The downtown structure will be converted into classroom and teaching-lab space.
