He’s accused of stealing cash and cigarettes after breaking into the McClure’s convenience store on North Broadway in Muncie. 24-year-old Dustin Edward Napier, of Selma, told police he was “homeless and addicted to methamphetamine.” Napier is facing three years if convicted.
