The murder trial of Nicholas S. Gray was to start in December, but has been postponed until March 2018; in part because courts will be displaced for asbestos removal at the Madison County Government Center. The Herald Bulletin reports that the 27-year-old Gray is accused of shooting Jeremy Silvery in a parking lot at Lynnwood Village Apartments in September of 2016.
