The mother of an inmate at the Correctional Industrial Facility in Pendleton has been arrested on suspicion of arranging to supply him with drugs. Madison County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested 54-year-old Celia M. Reeves. She’s being held at the Madison County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond on charges of felony trafficking controlled substances with an inmate, and felony dealing in controlled substances.
