Marsh Supermarkets has announced plans to sell its remaining intellectual property assets and alcohol beverage permits. The company, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May, says it will accept bids through mid-October. The intellectual property assets include registered trademarks and/or designs, including Marsh, Marsh Hometown Market, O’Malia’s, Main Street Market, and Experts in Fresh, among others.
