A Muncie man accused of stalking a former girlfriend has been arrested for the third time in less than two weeks. The most recent arrest of 21-year-old Andrew Jason Tadlock resulted in the filing of a felony stalking charge.
On September 1st, police were called to a report of a fight in the 1600 block of West University Avenue. There, a woman said Tadlock- an ex-boyfriend- had come to her job, violating protective and no-trespass orders. A man there claimed when he told Tadlock to leave, the 21-year old “threw him into the counter and hit him in the head a few times.”
In addition to the felony stalking charge, he is preliminarily charged with invasion of privacy, criminal trespass and battery. He remained in the Delaware County jail on Thursday under a $25,000 bond.
