An Anderson man is behind bars alongside his brother in connection with an attack on a Delaware County couple outside their home.
34-year old Christopher Lee Moore was arrested this week. He’s accused of threatening to kill a woman and then punching her back on the night of May 4th.
His brother, John Moore, allegedly hit the woman’s boyfriend in the face with a hammer, fracturing his eye socket. Both face a long list of battery-related charges that carry with them a maximum prison term of 16 years.
