We’re learning more about the string of New Castle house fires that broke out early Tuesday morning. The fires began around 3:30 – three of them were at vacant homes – no one was hurt, but another one on 19th street had two adults and two kids living inside. They were able to escape unharmed. Investigators believe the fires were intentionally set. Three teenagers are in custody.
