A Howard County man faces charges after police say he exchanged sexually explicit messages and engaged in sexual activity with a Miami County teen. 54-year-old James Michael Puett, of Kokomo, has been arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation. The sheriff’s department says the investigation is ongoing and more charges may be filed.
