What started six years ago as an idea to show compassion and empowerment, has become a local program that’s serving more than 300 kids daily in Delaware County. Inside Out Community Development Corporation is the brainchild of the people who run Blood-N-Fire Ministries which teaches compassion, sharing food, music, ministry and fellowship. They say they couldn’t do it without public and private donations from people who care.
