Witnesses say a New Castle man pointed a loaded handgun at their faces during a fracas outside a local tavern. 34-year-old Jonathon J. Perez was arrested outside the Town Tavern at 1214 Broad Street. Henry County Prosecutor Joe Bergacs’ office has charged Perez with intimidation, disorderly conduct and two counts of pointing a firearm.
