A Muncie teen is accused of pointing a firearm at another youth, leading police on car and foot chases and stealing a vehicle. 18-year-old Damarco Ladon Churn has been arrested on nine preliminary charges – some of which include auto theft, driving without ever receiving a license, intimidation, and pointing a firearm.
