Five Muncie Community Schools cafeterias have been cited by the Delaware County Health Department for the way they’ve been handling food. Those cafeterias are run by Chartwells and when it took over last year, the company was told that each cafeteria had to have a certified food handler. First came warnings and now Chartwells has been written up for not having one in place at Sutton, South View, Mitchell, Longfellow and Grissom elementary schools.
