Inside Muncie Mall, in the vicinity of Macy’s, shoppers may be able to sip some suds soon. There’s a building permit filed to put up a beer kiosk there. It would be called the Muncie Mall Brew Kiosk which would be 260 square feet with an additional 360 square feet of seating. The building commissioner’s office wants some additional information for the project.
