Some members of the Indiana State Police Pendleton Post are moving up in the ranks. Superintendent Doug Carter is the new Pendleton District Commander. Special Operations SWAT Sergeant Tony Delello had been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, to serve as the commander of the District. Delello began his career with the Indiana State Police in 1995.
