A Muncie man is accused of holding a knife to the throat of his infant daughter’s mother and telling her, “I want to take your soul like you did mine.” 28 year old Zachary Ryan Scott of the 1000 block of West Haines Avenue, is behind bars in lieu of $45,000 bail. It happened as the woman visited Scott’s home so he could visit with their kids. The woman says he took her keys and held her against her will for two hours. Scott faces a slew of charges including intmidation, battery, strangulation, criminal confinement and domestic battery.
