A Pendleton District Trooper has been given a Life Saving Award for his actions at a Delaware County crash scene last fall. Trooper Thomas Harbison was honored for his quick actions at a crash scene on SR 32 where he applied a tourniquet to THE LEG OF A man after a serious motorcycle crash which ultimately saved the rider’s life. Harbison is a native of Yorktown.
