He has attended all 68 Pay Less Little 500 races. Local resident Don Hartman has been in the grandstands at Anderson Speedway for every running of the Little 500. The 87-years-young Hartman can be spotted on the top row in the first turn when the field of 33 sprint cars takes the green flag for the start of the 69th annual classic.
