The grocery chain was established in Muncie in 1931. At its peak, it operated more than 100 stores in Indiana & Ohio. Now Marsh Supermarkets will close 10 of its stores in the first half of May. Indy closings include stores on Post Road and Shadeland Avenue. Closer to home, those locations include Portland and Union City, Ohio.
