New data released by the Indiana State Police indicates a decline in meth lab seizures in East Central Indiana. In Delaware County, meth lab busts went down from 234 to 145. In Randolph County, they dropped from 12 to 10. Recently, ISP reported that statewide meth lab busts went down 35 percent in 2016.
