Ryan C. Wheat, one of 25 people suspected of involvement in a large meth ring based in Madison County, has been formally charged with multiple drug violations. According to the Herald Bulletin, Wheat is being held without bond for violation of probation and several new charges that stemmed from an arrest Anderson police made on Jan. 27, at a 59th Street hotel.
