A Wisconsin man has been arrested and charged with 18 counts after he used a fake online persona to get a Noblesville girl to send him nude photos. Police say 45-year-old Craig D. Miller contacted the girl through a chat app with a fake user name. Court documents show Miller has a wife and two children, ages 12 and 10.
