An Anderson man has been released on bond from the Madison County Jail after his son allegedly wore his pants, which contained cocaine, to school. 49-year-old Jose Diaz Chagoya is charged with dealing cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent. Chagoya has been released after posting a $10,000 bond.
