It’s a make-over for a stretch of SR 13 in Elwood. INDOT has awarded a $1.2 million contract that will repair and resurface three miles of pavement between State Road 37 and Fairgrounds Road. State Road 13 will remain open to traffic during the project, which is expected to be completed this summer. A start date has not yet been announced.
