You should start to see some activity next month. Muncie officials say earth-moving and site work for the city’s plan to relocate Bunch Boulevard should begin in March. The project will relocate the street from its longtime route near White River to the interior of the former Indiana Steel and Wire facility on Muncie’s east side.
