The former General Motors Plant 20 in Anderson has been purchased by a company from China. The location at 38th Street was bought by Sutong China Tire Resources. The company plans to use the site to service the utility & RV trailer industry, along with large retail chain stores and independent tire retailers. Anywhere from 20 to 40 jobs are expected to be created.
